Denver Residential Rental Inspector
A quick and easy way to get your rental properties inspected and in compliance with Denver
On May 3, 2021, the city of Denver approved Healthy Residential Rentals for All.
This means all individuals and companies offering residential rentals are required to get these properties inspected by a certified home inspector.
Our Licensed Rental Inspector, Kevin Lewis, meets all the criteria and can do inspections quickly and efficiently to fulfill this requirement.
Timeline to Meet Compliance
-
Phase 1 - 2022
Landlords can early license for any rental dwellings owned within the City of Denver.
We recommend beginning this process now. Based on the number of rental properties requiring inspections, it may be difficult to schedule later in the year.
-
Phase 2 - 2023
Landlords owning any rental units with 2 or more dwelling units on a parcel will be required to be licensed by the City of Denver.
-
Phase 3 - 2024
Landlords owning single rental dwellings will be required to be licensed by the City of Denver.
